Problems with config PeteOGL2 with FF7 and overall with ePSXe

Im running FF7 on ePSXe 1.7 on a computer with these specs:
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
2.0 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO 1GB
On windows 7 build 7100

These are my current settings for the plugin:




I get this error when i start running FF7:




and when i try and enter the config for video i get this window:



can someone please give me a hand with this?
I've tried reinstalling but it doesnt change anything..
i also have problems with fullscreen... it gets stuck when i try to switch to it.
anyone know a good config that will have all the effects of the game and can switch to fullscreen?
