pec pluggin acting weird

Whenever I use the Pec plugin as my gpu/video plugin, it speeds up my game for some reason. Can anyone help me on this?

Are you using ePSXe 1.7.0? If yes then set the FPS limit in the GPU plugin and disable the built in one with F4.

i have a problem too that when i try to put the pec plugin into the playstation emulator and i try to find it in the main video plugin is like it doesnt exist..

nevermind got it to work but thanks ^^
