Discworld 2 sound issues
Having sound issues in linux with Discworld 2 (PAL version) using the ISO. I've tried both the iso and the disc, but I get the same problem.
In the intro video, every ~30 seconds, the first few seconds of audio for the movie play. This is both loud and detrimental to the gaming experience. I have tried messing with the sound latency settings, but they seem to have had no effect. [EDIT] Found this to be a known issue. Last edited by jippen; November 13th, 2007 at 22:43. If by ISO you mean the .iso image format, jippen, that's probably the worst format to use with pSX, as there's no .cue file. .bin/.cue is better, and the best formats are .ccd/.img/.sub and .mds/.mdf, as the latter two include subcode from the CD.
