Noob to PCSX

I've known you get PS2 emulators for a while but I have just downloaded this so I'm really not sure what to do to get it to work. The problem is the BIOS thing. I do own a PS2 but the problem is that I'm not sure how to get the BIOS from my PS2 to my PC.... I read in the guide that you have to get the BIOS from your PS2 to use it in the emulator, at least, that is how I understood it.

So if you could please help me out. Also I'm not sure if it will work on my PC.
Specs:
Intel Celeron M 1.40MHz
ATI Radeon Xpress 200M
512MB DDR2 RAM
40GB HDD.
It's a laptop you see. The LG LE50 Express. Will the emulator and games work on this set-up?
