psx problem (display properties)

I started psx and I got the following problem:

"Your videocard doesn't support 32bits graphics in this mode (perhaps you need to switch to 32bits)"

but I did change my settings from Highcolor(16bits) to True color(32bits) and when I open psx in this 32bit mode, I'm getting the same error again...

What will I do?
