Very New To Pcsx2

Hey guys! I really need help. I just downloaded pcsx2 and when I try to access it, there's always "windows has encountered a problem and needs to close....." I haven't used the program yet because of this. it's been a full day and still haven't used it. please help coz i don't know what's goin on.
