door glitch in ff8

i was just wondering if this glitch has happened to anyone playing with epsxe. After you avoide the missile attack , cid asks you to take a look outside , and you go out the door on the second floor. Now iwent there , but now i can seem to open the door again , im trapped on the second floor deck and cant get back inside
