Tales of Destiny/Tactics Ogre problem

Got this off a torrent last night. Burn'd it with MagicISO (mode2 works). Started up the emulator, and the intro video's music is not there.

File types are .img .ccd and .sub

I didn't have any problems with burning Legend of Mana. (that works great too)


Problem I have with Tactics Ogre is if I try using the CD method of playing it. I get a "setloc out of range: 00:00:00" - "pos =5829 auto =0" error after the first loading screen and it skips pass the intro menu and I can't seem to play the game at all.

Though I have no problems at all with playing the game with the BIN/CUE method. Other then I can't load files from the memory card at all. (I can save them)
