In the NGEmu site, they say that v. 1.1 is released, and you must go to the official website to get it, so i tried to go there, but there just reads: 404 Error - File Not Found
The page or file you are looking for (http://psxemulator.freeservers.com/index.html) is not here.

So, can someone give me the real link or the file?
