.psv to .mcr help!

I am trying to get a save off of my playstation 3 to work on my psx emulator. I am trying to figure out a way to convert it to .mcr/cvgs format?/or dexdrive format. Please help

You can use my MemcardRex to do the said conversion.
Use the import save feature to open the save. After that just save a new card as the .mcr or any other format you want.
