pSX crashing, please assist!
hi, my psx keeps on crashing im not sure why.. my specs is: windows xp pro sp2(64bit) 4GBram, intel onboard g.card. what i get is the "Failed to find a valid mode(perhaps.......32bit mode?) and then "Failed to initialise D3D device" i already installed directx and have latest updates online, i put the d3dx9_26.dll in the system32 folder also. im at an end lost, if you can help me out, i'd be so greatful |

Try updating/changing your chipset/graphics drivers. That is often the problem behind that particular error message. If your computer is a pre-built computer (Compaq, HP, Dell, etc), make sure you first try using the latest driver from the *computer* manufacturer, not the Intel website.
