bust a groove music all skippy and messed up

yeah so im playing bust a groove with the psx emu off a cd i burned and the music is all cutty and skippy... and some of the fast songs arent as fast, and the slow songs are super slow.. how do i fix this?

According to pSX compatibility list the game is not playable for the moment. Quoted from it:

Bust-A-Groove: Music and graphics go out of sync making the game unplayable.

My suggestion is to try another emulator like for example ePSXe.
