Is there an option for scanlines or a tv filter? Will it be added in the future?
Although emulaion is great I don't like the the video quality. The pixels look stretched and the only option I see to "fix" it is bilinear filtering, but then he whole image looks blurred.
So is there a posibility to simulate a RGB TV a bit like MAME or oher console emulators?

No, there's no scanlines option ATM, Super Nest. That and other filters may be added at some future point, but at present pSX Author seems more focused on getting the emulator working as well as possible and on Playstation 2 emulation.
