Your picture looks stretched, The Black - what sort of monitor resolution are you displaying on? It's probably a good idea to set an appropriate Aspect ratio on your Graphics tab.
Apart from that, I can't see anything wrong with your screenshot. |

I'm talking about the stretch
The screen resolution is 1280x1024The Aspect Ratio in the emulator is set at Auto. EDIT: I tried to set 4:3 but nothing changed

Simple arithmetic, The Black. Divide 1280 and 1024 each by 256 and you get 5 and 4 respectively. That's what the aspect ratio is: the simplest way of expressing the relationship between the width and height of the screen.
