we dont support piracy and this is a perfect example of why downloading your games is a complete waste of time. the format the image is in is supposed to contain 2 file types, one in .bin the other in .cue. if it is missing one it will not work. its obvious the person who ripped the game either did not know what they were doing or they intentionally left that 2nd file out for whatever reasons they may have. if you want to play the game so badly you should buy it because anything you aquire illegally is more than likely not going to work.
now if by chance i am wrong here regarding how you got the image, and if by chance you DO own the game, you should have tried playing it from the cd first to test if the cd is in working condition. if you made the image from your own disk then you need to re-do it because again, the format your image is currently in requires both the .bin and the .cue files to work. if you dont know how to make images correctly read this thread.

And the other thing is that downloading becomes even dumber when you consider that most Playstation games can be bought cheaply and easily: if you don't have a local games shop, try ebay or Amazon.
Even if you want to use images, the only way to be sure of getting a good image is to rip it yourself - properly and carefully. Playstation games are not in standard formats and it's too easy to make a bad rip if you're not careful - and do you think people who post illegal games for download care? |

ebay or amazon are your best bets. seaching for a working copy that you can download is just a waste of time because they are far and very few.
well honestly some of the older and rarer ps games like castlevania SotN, silent hill, ff7, etc. are rather pricey, but that still doesnt mean that downloading them is the answer. ive delt with numerous sellers who have lowered the prices of some of the stuff i consider buying from them quite a bit, it just takes some ass kissing.

Actually, even those games aren't necessarily that pricey, jonc2006 - you can still find used but excellent condition copies for not too much money, if you take your time and only consider descriptions from dealers with good feedback. However, the days are gone when you could buy those games new and shrinkwrapped for peanuts - although there are still plenty of good games that you can buy new and cheap.
