Several points Flying Doc - first, try asking this in the PCSX section of the forum - this is the pSX Emulator section.
Secondly, it depends what operating system you're using where any almost any application makes saves. In most Windows OSs, PCSX will probably save by default to a saves folder in the PCSX folder - which will be wherever you put it. In Linux, it may save, again, to a saves folder in the PCSX folder (which may be in your Home folder or elsewhere depending on whether you installed it manually or with a self-installing package) or it may save to ~/.PCSX - again depending on how you installed it. Thirdly, why are you using PCSX, one of the oldest and longest out of development Playstation emulators? I'd recommend the emulator this section supports, pSX Emulator, because it's much more up-to-date, it focuses on accuracy and ease of use (no plugins!), which makes it much more fun and more satisfying than the out-of-date enhancing emulators, and because it's still in active development. |

Thanks for you answer but I can't find a save game folder. I'll try the PCSX section.
The reason why I don't use pSX emulator ( well actually I did for Crash Bandicoot ) is because it won't read my Kingdom Hearts cd. It works great on Crash Bandicoot and Spyro though. |

FWIW it probably won't be called save game, Flying Doc, more likely something like memory cards.
There don't seem to be any game reports for Kingdom Hearts in the official pSX forum (odd. I thought it was quite a popular game), but from the few comments I get from searching, it should work in pSX. Perhaps you'd care to make a report in the Game Compatibility section? |

Err... Kingdom Hearts is a PS2 game, of course it won't work with any PSX emulator.
And you are probably using PCSX2 not PCSX.

Yeah, it's one of those games that works fairly decent on PCSX2, compared to many other games.
In case you haven't figured it out already, memory card files are saved, by default, in the "memcards" folder and save states are saved in the "sstates" folder. Both folders are in the same directory as PCSX2 itself (the executable, I mean... where all the other folders are).
