You can make an iso file from your own ps1 cd. Use magiciso, isobuster or any iso software. we not support warez in here. read the rules.

If you cant use the CD/DVD, then make an ISO from them and run it. If you dont have the CD/DVD then go buy one, asking for 'ISO' files for PS1 or PS2 games is not allowed here.
