Edit: Refraction you're a coder, I guss because it says pcsx2 coder.
Anyway in C++ you can add a accelerator button, if doesn't accelrate, then add more accelerator buttons and try different intergers everytime.

frame skipping, well 0.8.1 displays frames twice as fast as it should, basically giving off a false reading, but to be fair, frame skipping or "accelerator button" as you call it lol, it wouldnt make a lot of difference, most of the time is taken up by the Vector Unit which is like a 3rd processor, and we cant go skipping cpu instructions now can we

This is what I have issues with. Maybe he thinks it's like VB.
1. drag button onto form
2. edit caption, "accelerate"
3. PROFIT

An accelerator is just another word for hotkey when referring to resources.

Yes, whatever that is it still doesn't explain how it's supposed to accelerate stuff, it's just like what I said. I guess I'm old school, I only understand loop unrolling, constant folding, strength reduction, crap like that. All this OOP goes over my head.
