Im confused?

I wanted to use the ps2 emulator PCSX2 i think it's name was,and i own a ps2 and games for it... so how do i load in files from like gran turismo 3 from that CD in my CD player to play the games? i hope you understand if you read this...

My Problem: I dont know what games i can play and i dont know how to load in the files and i dont know what im gonna load in. :cuss2:
