system.cnf not found

hi...im having a problem..everytime i try to run a game it gives me an error...system.cnf not found...

.iam using gsdx plugin 1.7.0 and linuzappz iso cdvd 0.7.0...i tried with zero gs kosmos...it gives me the same error, i tried to run the game from the dvd with p.e.op.s cdvd cdda mod 1.3.0 the same....

iam using pcsx2 0.9.5 i have reinstalled it but dont work...keep giving the same error...

my pc specs
windows vista
pentium 4 3.20 ghz
1279 ddr ram
ati radeon hd 2600 pro 512 mb
