Its a HP Media Center PC

ok so my problem is that i can play the games perfectly the graphics are AWESOME and i love it and i have tryed a few settings that are supposed to make it faster.. like taking frame limit off and turning MTGS and duel core mode under the CPU config

Well as you said it's a media center pc, not a gamer pc, still you shouldn't get bad speeds on FFX... make sure you use gsdx as the graphics plugin. Running the game from a .iso might also help. Other than that, there's not much you can do...

SubGaea (intro)
Crow Blade (intro for now)
Memories - Prayer from the fallen hearts.

My weblog... not like if there was too much to read on it tho.
For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.

1. check if you have the latest version of pcsx2
2. check that you are using GSDX and NOT gsdx9 or 10

SSSE3 is what you should be using, so that's ok
the only thing I could think of that's holding your speed back is your graphics card.
try lowering the internal resolution of gsdx and research overclocking on your pc,
if it's possible

I have a feeling HP will have locked fsb settings for your mobo
