Plz Help Quick Question. Thnx So Much

Ok So.
i have been trying to get pcsx2 to work for a few days now.. and it is really pissing me off.

any help to get this thing to work would be AMAZING i would love you FOREVER

i have windows vista home premium and a nvidia GeForce 7500 LE with 2024 MB of ram
also a E6400 Intel Core 2 Duo Processor

My Problem:
i cant get the ps2 game "Black.iso" to work i made it with magicISO off of the real game i purchased but my ps2 doesnt work anymore.

when i try to load the game witht he new graphics thing i downloaded off of here (GSdx v0.17) or w.e it says "Error opening gs plugin" so i started using the dx9 part of the same plugin and it kinda works but very ****ty.. and it freezes at the loading part. after the PlayStation2 screen.

im PRETTY sure my gfx card has dx10 but not completely sure

im just wondering what configuration i need to have to get it to work on my vista computer

thnx so much
and if any of this isnt clear tell me and ill try to make it a little clearer.

your card isn't DX10 compatible

Have you checked black in the compatibility list yet?

PCSX2.net - Compatibility

compatibility list, search for the game see if it's compatible

if the game name is just "Black" then it's reported as not booting yet
