Two problems when using the emu. ; ;

I have been messing around with resident evil outbreak file 2. And for some reason I can't figure out why it says error saving to memory card. This is the game that will not save. I also downloaded the formatted mem cards and I still get the same error.

My other problem is that when I load the ps2 network access disc it boots fine loads the two screens then it just stops goes to a black screen and my fps drops from 60 to 25. ; ; How can I fix this? I want to be able to make a network file. Since I probably will be getting RE:OF2 jpn version sometime soon so I can play online again. Is it possible that some can send me a network file already done? That runs through a linksys router with the default gateway 192.168.1.1?

sorry does this section say somewhere its the pcsx2 section? i was under the impression it didnt....
