Look on gabest signature and you'll have your answer. Problem solved
Nice 0.1.8. SSE2 and SSE4 works for me now strange though cause i had dx 10 on my laptop but after downloading DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer it worked lol

btw can any1 explain to me the difference betweend SSE2 and SSE4 ty

Weird thing though that 0.1.7. SSSE3 worked faster 4 me then 0.1.8. SSE2 or SSE4 I got ingame speeds of like

25-32 fps in 0.1.7. and in 0.1.8. im having speeds like 16-18 fps any idea's why?

0.1.8. SSSE3 works just aswel as 0.1.7. SSSE3 Btw

i just wish i could get a lil more speed cause something like 40 fps is very playable

sse4 is more important with the software renderer.

DX9 is slower because there are lots of region repeat texture addressing in this scene, but it should not be that much slower on your hardware that has a bit slower cpu but better gpu (e8400, 8600gt). Did not try with antialisaing. HW mode numbers were the same at native and 1680x1050, so it doesn't seem fillrate limited, more like texture updates or less optimized state changing in the driver.

(note: I was using the latest svn, that is better optimized for large number of drawing calls, dx10/hw was only doing 55 fps before)
hm and what is the slowest place in the game?
i have to try that with the latest revision.

yes thats the place i meant.
it goes down to 10fps there with DX9 mode, but only in vista.

with DX10 i get some various glitches like that stripe on yuna's chin/neck.

when he decided that its stable and efficient enough,
if you want the current Gsdx, download the source and compile it.

I have found a syntax error in GSstate.cpp (line 398) in svn rev.820.

GSVector4i v = GSVector4i::loadu(r) & mask;

Fix:

GSVector4i v = GSVector4i::loadl(r) & mask;

Greetings

Yes, hi there, gabest.

Could you please fix the plugin to make Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 work fully on Windows XP?

I tell you, it seems it's more like a problem with the Shader Model, is there anything you can do to simulate as if the plugin is working with the Shader Model 4? Just for that game? My card is an 8600GT, which obviously supports SM 4.

The game's working fine alright in SM3 but without the 3D; and to make it work with 3D I have to install Vista, which I don't wanna 'cause it's a slow OS, and would make my PC look like crap.

My specs:

AMD Athlon X2 4600+ 2x2.4 Ghz
1 GB RAM DDR2 667 Mhz
MSI Geforce 8600GT 256 MB DDR3
OS: Windows XP SP3

Thanks for your great work Gabest
I have a request if you can do it.
Is it possible to remove the post processing from Onimusha3? CRC= 6bf11378
Or unless its another bug affecting it.
Thanks.

Just to be sure that this bug is the post processing, I made a little video to show you the problem. (this problem is not affecting software mode)

Onimusha 3 video

p.s I just gave you 5$ via paypal for motivation
