Yea I browsed through the changes and seems he added some fixes for specific games/regions such as GoW (PAL) and saw something about FFXII and DBZT2 for example. But it's quite a lot changed in this svn apart from the specific game fixes but it was also very interesting to read the "to-do" stuff he added, hope it works out fine.

God of War 2's CRC was included in the latest svn but the green screen still exists, the game isnt playable yet anyway, great update though. Very, very exciting "TODO" lists

finally gow is something playable, i wait too much for this, thanks gabest, ony lacks corrections about dimensions, vectors, and more polylines with respect at bosses, but i can play it at 32 fps or more, i don´t know why in the past gow never was fixes in crc, why this?...i have 1 word for god of war: the best game of the universe, otherwise, yesterday in the gabest sources says svn 772, today says 772 with corrections 7hours ago, i clear all my internet temporal files and cookies but says the same things, will be 772 new from today?

"God of war in now playing! but it is slow."
Dunno about your CPU, but your 7300GS sure doesn't help increasing speed

Pallette glitch in Tales of Destiny
There's occasional problems with colors for certain characters on screen for Tales of Destiny
Graphics card is a GeForce 8800GTS (driver version 175.16) CPU is Athlon 64 x2 3800 In GSDX, certain characters show up using the wrong color pallete. If I try ZeroGS, they show up correctly. Attached one of GSDX along with the current settings, and one of ZeroGS. Edit Note: Should have mentioned, using either pixel shader 2.0 or 3.0 does the same thing. |

That might be fixed in SVNs so that post won't be of much help, if you wanna give some useful feedback for gabest be sure to use latest SVN.

Other. I've got many GoW CRC's, but not sure which one of them are for GoW2. I think there is already at least one for GoW2 (besides the newly added russian version) since I read that it was fixed too (it may have used the same effect as GoW1, but it wasn't my intention to fix it). DWORD CRC::GodOfWar_US = 0xD6385328; DWORD CRC::GodOfWar_EU = 0xFB0E6D72; DWORD CRC::GodOfWar_1 = 0xA61A4C6D; DWORD CRC::GodOfWar_2 = 0xE23D532B; DWORD CRC::GodOfWar2_RU = 0x2F123FD8; Last edited by gabest; June 3rd, 2008 at 05:59. |

DWORD CRC::GodOfWar_2 = 0x2f123fd8; ive tried changing the crc like this but the green screen is still there and I think its not the RUSSIAN version since the language is in English, weird.

Could you also add Shadow Hearts US so I don't have to manually add it every time I build? Although I still don't know what it fixes ![]() Quote:

gabest,
i was just wondering if it would be difficult to incorporate something like 2xSaI texture filtering, instead of linear filtering. Pixel art scaling algorithms - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia 2xSaI usually does a cleaner job than linear filtering, and the code for the algorithm is free to use under the GNU General Public License. anyways, i was just thinking GSdx would look awesome with some 2xSaI filtering. plz don't take this as a feature request , i was just throwing the idea out there ![]() admitting i've tried messing with the source-code myself to see if i can do it, but i don't know what i'm doing

won't that cost more performance of CPU? or GPU?
