gaBEST, I praise for your effort on the plugin, I tested Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga and they look definitely improved with reasonable speed under my spec! (>35 fps with texture filtering on)

The only question is (hopefully not repeated) the screenshots captured by GSdx are forced to stretch to 16:9 aspect ratio regardless of 4:3 option, is there any way to change the screeen capture function?

Also I am wondering if there are any internal recorder available for GSdx just like ZeroGS.

billion thx

super robot wars alpha 3

Hi there, i'm new within the foruns, first of all i would like to thank/congratulate everyone who's participating on the development of pcsx2/plugins, i tested super robot wars alpha 3 on gsdx9 0.11.4 and 0.1.7, both on svn 302, i got some issues with ausency or texture glitch for units at start, and i have no idea how i fixed that=p, anyway i will try to help on testing stuff as i can, so, congratulations again for the fps rising on this year^^

I think that you could set your internal res to some kind of 4:3 resolution. I guess this will solve the problem. But I could be wrong though. I usually don't use 4:3...

@ifurkend:

Then use good old Print Screen button and paste image to paint.:P Or grab a software which automatically does it. I'm using Screenhunter, and it does its job well <heh it doesn't crash when images reach certain number in the folder, like few other programmes do - at 100 for ex. lol>.

You could have an advanced logitech keyboard like mine that has an F-mode. Those keys are set to what ever you want them to be. Default=No action. Just an idea.

You're right, now i set the int res to 1024*768 and the screen shot just follows that size. thx

Strange enough, the 2nd and 3rd sreenshots are taken with "native" res enabled and it gives a rather twisted aspect ratio...

For the screenshots to be taken correctly, take shots with interlace mode on.

Have u unpacked GSDX to plugins folder, and BOTH ADDITIONAL DLLS to PCSX2 main dir <where pcsx2 exes r>?

Note: btw, have u used the triangle in configuration menu to choose the right plugin? <i know it's lol, but just to be sure...>

yes it is, although emu and plugin authors can get offended when this type of question is asked

Sometime native res is not 4:3.
That because ps2 stretch to full screen and so every res became 4:3.
I think that ps2 developers choose to use the best resolution between performance and image quality.

Every time I try to load this plug-in the program crahses but it works with other graphics plug-in. Do I need some specific settings?

I'm using PCSX2 0.9.4 with Gsdx 0.1.7. It doesn't work with the other Gsdx versions either.

I can't get in game to take a snap shot because the moment shortly after loading the program starts skipping and making the same sound over and over again, then it crashes.

Read the first post of this thread carefully. Athlon X2 does not support ssse3. That might be ur prob <if u have one>. Or/and lack of additional dlls in PCSX2 main dir.
