gabest,

I have an untouched dual layer image of Gran Turismo 4. ELF name is SCUS_973.28 and CRC is 0x77E61C8A.

To get it to run on PCSX2 I had to patch the dual layer image with the Toxic DL Patcher which patched the IOPRP300.IMG only. This removes the layer check from the game.

Could you remove the post-processing from this version?

Thanks!

in that video my specs are:

core 2 duo e6550 @ 3.15 Ghz
Nvidia 8600 gts at stock speed
4Gb ddr2 6400 ram

I now have an ati 3850 card

the new gsdx integrated plugin benches 3 fps faster at the places i note them
(these are whenever a game loads or screenchanges because all the data will be the exact same)

nothing special in the settings, pixel shader 3 and texture filtering on
even with lots of background stuff too like windowsblinds and rocketdock etc it's fast

I haven't tried gsdx in directx 10 yet but i'll give it a go soon when i get vista

check out NexXxus's video:
YouTube - Yet another FFXII on PCSX2 Emulator Video :P

he gets very smooth gameplay too

Ace Combat 4, 0.9.5, GsDx 0.1.0, Dx10 hardware mode

I usually get 35-50fps, but the game can crash if you aren't paying attention and don't skip cutscenes, or sometimes randomly. There are also plenty of textrue errors

Anyway thank you for getting this game running to an acceptable level, before GsDx it ran at <10fps.

Vista doesn't suck if your PC is powerful enough to run games at full speed too. I have Vista and Gsdx works perfectly for me, except it hates KH 2

then use ZeroGS for now.
i heard the 256 color hack can solve the bloom issue in KH2.

For me XP is faster ( +4fps in FFXII and DQVIII)
But DX10 is more compatible, for example Soul Calibur 3 runs 8-12fps in battle^) (in DX9 - 0,5-2fps)

Thanks again Gabest, it seems like this new version has been tremendously improved because a few of the graphics errors that were seen with the previous release are completely gone now. This may be your best release yet.

Gabest would you mind fixing the graphic glitches in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. The Intro used to work now it doesn't, and the other glitches I figure could be fixed without too much trouble (skateboards in skateshop, rails). The screen shots show those glitches.

O looked like GSdx related, sorry. This is what it looked like in version 0.10.0. I think it's a video. Not really sure.
