Hey Gabest, tried Berserk (J) [SLPM_656.66;1; CRC = 9685E636] with newest GSDX 0.1.7 and had the same problems again: a totally *****ed up HUD (I've attached some images) and no FMVs, only blackscreens with sound.
ZeroGS is working fine with HUD and FMVs, but slow as hell.

With 1.7 Dx10 Metal Gear Solid 2 - Sons of Liberty work perfectly.
there is only some problems in ciematics sometime 30fps ,sometime slow 5fps and sometime very slow 0.5 fps-2fps.
All cinematcs i saw starts normaly then very very slow then slow At the end it became normal
In raiden missions the gameplay is normal-good but the cinematics are very very slow

I've seen similar cinematics slowdown in other games that I've played with Gsdx 0.17.

Berserk worked fine with an earlier version of gsdx9/10 as I remember... Just some shadow issues...I will look it up if needed.

MGS2 with my all time favorite porn-name solid snake crashes the emu for me at the first intro...I would LOVE to test it --edit: sorry, I only own subsistance, that might be it.

Here's another error. BIONICLE stops loading stuff, and the fps goes through the roof. With ZeroGs BIONICLE can go in game.

then your going to have to find an older version of the ZeroGS or Gsdx9 plugin that supported pix shader 1.0

I am having an issue with Resident Evil 4 using the infrared scope. Whenever I equip this and go into the scope mode, all I can see other than the crosshairs is purple. I tried both gsdx9 and 10 and got the same result. I checked it out using ZeroGS and it appears somewhat normal. I have attached a screen of what it looks like. Thanks for the great plugin.

Couple of .gs files from grandia 2. one problem has "rubix cubing" with black lines in the FMV if you look closely enough. Second is grey polygons on the ground in battle mode (only seems to effect the ones nearest to the camera and only ones clipped by the edge of the screen).

this is with svn 239 gsdx 1.7 hardware dx10

can someone with XP and vista installed and a Geforce card (7 series or 8) compare the fps at the beginning of the mi'hen highroad (at the top of the steps) in FFX please?
settings must be the same, and directX9 !

because vista is 15fps slower at this point for me and i dunno why -.-

must be pcsx2 VM please,thx!

edit:
i have 50fps there in XP and ~33-35 in vista !

so whats wrong?
even when i set the priority to high it is only ~2-3fps faster then

For me it looks like PCSX2 prob not GSDX. It was the same in 92, and is the same with ZeroGS, so...

yea it was already reported, its a pcsx2 problem, not gsdx.

it is because some poly's with transparency on ffm's (ffx models) are flipped or something (2 polys for 2 sites) and z-fighting may possible, some viewers and 3D applications have the same issues with that on those models.
i really dunno how to fix this in an emulator, but in pcsx2 0.9.0 or 0.9.1 it was OK if i remember.

if you (the pcsx2 team) want know more about that problem, ask yaz0r (Vincent Hamm) or dams321 (Damien Rumiano), they know how this format works.
