Cutscenes shows now grey screen again in Resident Evil 4 with v1.3, was fine in v1.2. RE4 is always seem picky about changes which is why I always test that game first.

v11.4 is clearly the best working one for this game so far.

Can you add this crc of Wild arms 4 (U) - bbc3effa
It looked like the same bug as in WA5
The postprocess is the only thing that keeps WA4 from being playable.

I don't remember which GSdx version I was using the last time when I try Tales of the Abyss(USA) but it was ok,now(0.1.3)everything is too dark in Direct3D mode but in Software mode is ok except that is really slow.If you need the crc is 14FE77F7

Hi,
I have a problem when I cange the 3D3 internal res. The screen gets black in the game but when I use native then it works but it doesn´t look good there are only edges. Would it clear the edges when I make the internal res to 1280x1024 because I have a 19" and its the highest resolution. I would like to get a clear screen whithout edges. Thank´s for HELP!

I see, mine's PAL version, SLES_537.02. Perhaps only affects PAL versions like one of the previous bug with some PAL games in this case RE4 for example showing only black screen unless native resolution is used. EDIT: Cutscenes worked fine in software mode so it's only a problem with the Direct3D renderer. v0.11.4 ran RE4 perfectly (well except a few texture corruptions/flashing on walls here and there on especially corners, such as the house in the beginning) and v1.2 showed the cutscenes as normal but there are still those lightened up stripes which are also present in v1.3 + sometimes when standing in front of a dead zombie there can be a horizontal brighter and more visible stripe of some sort that's perhaps caused by the item it dropped and the luminating effect of that dropped item as the colors reminds me of it.

To summarize:

0.11.4:
-------
- Texture corruption/flashing seen especially on corners of walls/houses

1.2:
----
- Texture corruption/flashing seen especially on corners of walls/houses
- 3 brighter vertical stripes
- Grey screen during cutscenes unless software mode is used (PAL only?)

So many games I don't have. I'm going to bring back gs trafic dumping between pcsx2 and gsdx, if you can upload it along with snapshots I don't have to get the game to test it :P

Sure, can do it when the feature becomes available. It's difficult to fix something without owning the game or having anything to work with and only have to guess and don't know if it got fixed or not.

Hmm, Actually it seems the grey screen during cutscene was already there in v1.2. So 1.3 and 1.2 have both the same problems in this game. It's not like I care that much for RE4 alone but I have a feeling other PAL games might suffer from same problem too.

I've tested my Resident evil 4(SLES_537.02 with selector 50/60hz)
In PAL there are no lines, wich RPGW1ZaRD described. I've only noticed horizontal line that goes from fire. Game goes like in frame skipping(on PCSX 0.9.2. and GSdx9 averything was fine). But in 60Hz mode game goes normal (without "skipping") and has stupid vertical lines. Interesting that in both modes second movie shows, but all others not.
PS: First screen is GSdx1-3 50hz. Another 60hz

Seem to have run into a bit of a problem , it worked before but doesn't know... I cant move the mouse cursor outside the gaming screen to increase the size of the game window...

Not only that kingdom of hearts 2 is showing alot of missing textures on the ground its all black.

Now I took a look through older versions of GSdx9: The error (miscoloured backgrounds) was first introduced in GSdx9 0.11.1. Previous versions rendered it correctly. Hope it helps.

How come I see it in your 2nd screenshot then? Might be more difficult on LCDs to see it though or if you got the screen very bright you might not see it either I suppose. You're right about that 2nd movie shows and the others not, weird isn't it.

I don't understand the REPLAY part...what is suppose to happen.I run the game then press Shift+F8 then I open CMD and type the command.First it gives me an error about GSdx is missing so I place it inside the system32 and I try again but now it like accept the command but nothings happens like I didn't do anything.

The command propaby needs corrects paths to the .dll and .gs as argument.

But what if there is no bugsI can see but very low framerate? Can I send you this dump too?
Ofcourse I'm talking about Manhunt 2 , still around 7 fps. + the game crashs with nativeresolution. WOrks only with 512x512. Can I send you in-game dump?

Well I did add the correct paths to the dll and the gs files but nothing happens

The shadows are evil in this game. I think that is causing the ground errors.
