The version 1.0 is perfect; works without problems, hope the next release will be better...
Set Renderer to "Direct3d X (Hardware)" (where X is 9 or 10) and try to use other form of expression.. yours is not appropriate to this thread written by the creator of the best graphic plugin for pcsx2

Unfortunately this didn't help. The game still looks as it did without it. Wouldn't the plugin need an implementation of it? (assuming it's not there yet, if it is it sure isn't documented anywhere i could find) :P

Will you loose the attitude?
The plugin doesn't suck just because it doesnt run so well on your specific setup. I'm using the latest gsdx and Vista x64 and all FF games run aswell or (incase of FFX) better.
If you think you found a problem, give more information. You didn't even post your system specs yet. Speaking of wich you seem to be using Vista on a system without a DX10 card!?

so talkin' about "your plugin sucks" seems not so gentle from you.. pay attention to the language you use when you are talkin' about a plugin made from the creator of this thread.. don't say "it sucks" anymore! I'm playin' with a DX9 card and 0.1.1 release @ 45 fps with no graphic errore by now :P

Hey, I noticed a weird Disgaea error: I have all kinds of artifacts on the screen when I run in hardware mode. However, I tested it with software mode and it looks fine. I dunno if it's a driver issue or if it's a plugin issue.

EDIT: More information: it broke in 11.2 when that "Alpha Correction" was added. It works fine in 11.1. (In hardware)

Use 'native' d3d int res and check 'log z' and 'FBA' on.

I actually use 1280x1024 internal, log z, FBA and texture filtering. There's a few small glitches in menus and such, but in my opinion the gain in game graphics are too good to pass on xD

Thumbs up Just Noticed Yet another Update !

Nice Work...
Stupi me, thinking No Updates will be happening soon & That I'll be seeing those Darn Stripes for as long as I Play FFX !
Forgetting that Gabest is After this Plugin in a Big Mistake

<Development Purposes Only>
Anyway, As I Saw mentioned before there are some Stripes in the Ship View !, Although I Saw No more while testing in other Parts of the game....
And Still, White ribbons in the "Sphere Grid"
<>

Over All, It's PS2 Like, From my point of view at Least...

by the way, i haven't noticed the "white ribbons" in the FFX sphere grid since GSdx 0.1...However, I only tested in DX10. I'm not on my good computer, so I won't be able to test pcsx2 and friends until the 7th or so....
Anyways, can someone else confirm that the white ribbons don't appear when you use DX10?

To get it to run on PCSX2 I had to patch the dual layer image with the Toxic DL Patcher which patched the IOPRP300.IMG only. This removes the layer check from the game.

Could you remove the post-processing from this version?

Thanks!
Just wondering if you saw this message gabest?

Well, what dmc1 does is really stupid, but it's almost working perfectly now. As I mentioned it reads back a small horizontal strip of the screen and overlays it in the last step. Since I can't return the upscaled picture it gets it in native res, and looks a bit blurred at that part. This is the strip used for text btw. When no text is on screen the top 32 lines are blurred, otherwise it's somewhere at the bottom.

Was it added into GSdx 0.1.1? If so then I still get the corrupt graphics in-game.
