Problems identifying sound plugin
So I downloaded PCSX2 the other day, and I had problems starting it, as it doesnt' recognize my sound plugins. I've located the the plugin file, and all of the other plugins have multiple choices to choose from. But the sound plugin doesn't show up, and instead I get a message saying that it "can't load SPU2 Plugin". Because of this, I can't play at all, as you have to have all of those plugins filled with SOMETHING, even if it IS a null driver. Has this problem happened to anyone else, or does anyone know how to fix it?
Also, I'm thinking of getting Vista, as my operating system is running into quite a few problems, and I don't have any other choices. Would this affect PCSX2 performance much? I know it's off-topic, but jw. I've got a strong system @3.8Ghz C2D and an overclocked 7900GT if that helps. Thanks everyone

For PCSX2, XP is the best choice; any other OS seems to have much more problems.
