Any way to disable the sound plugin?
I suspect that the emulator is hanging up on one game because of the spu2Peops Sound plugin.
Is there a way to disable the sound plugin?

I don't think so, as the SPU2Null plugin doesn't work in 0.9.2.

Is there any other way of disabling sound? Like a command line or (heavens forbid) recompiling? As it is now I'm unable to enjoy sound anyways (Disgaea 2) so if turning off sound decoding would speed it up I'd like to try.

Even when there was a spu2null plugin, it caused more crashes that peops and it only gave you a 3 or so fps boost. Not really worth using it.

there is un-released SPU null plugin in svn with update to 0.5 to support
pcsx2 v0.9 spec, the emu recognize it, but it crashes, seems the last one who modified it was sleepy
