Delta crashes with PCSX2

I guess this is the right place for this. I mean, Delta is a plugin too.

I've never had any trouble with Delta on epsxe. In fact, it's a godsend - I don't know how I lived without it. I recently put PCSX2 on my laptop though, and I saw that delta apparently is compatable with that too.

Or not, as it would seem, because once I configure it to work with EPSXE2 it crashed on startup without fail.

Allow me to be a bit more specific. Before I had it set up only to use epsxe, but in settings, when I give it the location of PCSX2 it just causes the program to bomb every time.

When I reinstall it it works fine again, so I know the problem is a direct result of this.

I'm using Delta version 201, and PCSX2 version 0.9.2.

Please respond. My last two queries were completely ignored, and I may just give up on this forum. I know that if nobody knows the answer then nobody can help, but in other topics people tried to help by asking questions and offering suggestions.

delta is not compatible with 0.9.2.
it supports the older 0.7/0.8 versions only

Where can I find the older versions? I had a look, but it's like they've just been removed from the internet.

Try looking in our PCSX2 archive at General Emulation.

Thanks for the link. But when I tried it with that, it just crashed my computer worse. Even reinstalling the program didn't work - it just phailed. I thought I lost my entire library of configs, but luckily I always make backups.

I guess it's easier to just forget using it, and go without. It's worked for me in the past.
