Memcard will not load?

Heya there, im kinda new around here and all, i got a ff12 disc and the emu and bios and all, core2duo, 7600gt 3.0pixel shader, 1024mb ram (2x512sticks), and so on. well i get the error Failed loading MemCard E:\Emu\PCSX2_0.9.2_Files\memcards\mem1.ps2.
Ive looked around and some ppl got similiar problems but not like this one, ive tried changing cd image, ive tried to format memory, but how much i try i cant get it to work, it would seem to be some error with my memory obviously but i cant figure out how to get it to work. when i look in the E:\ folder i cant find any Emu\PCSX2_0.9.2_Files\memcards\mem1.ps2 maybe that might be it,.. anyone happen to know how to get this thingy working properly?

ahhhhhh ! i finally made it, i actually downloaded 0.9.1 version, copied the Mcd001.ps2 and Mcd002.ps2 and pasted em in my 0.9.2 version, that really did work and helped, now i can boot up to the loading screen and play around in ps2 emu, but i cant really boot the FF XII game, i just stay in the memcard selection screen... any suggestions?
