hyperthreading in GSDX9 and misc ZeroGS probs
1. I tried that hyperthreading and frameskipping on GSDX9 and it works for a while then when it goes into rendering a bit of 3d it crashed but its fine on 2d or at least i think so ( this is on super robot wars Alpha 3) it works during the dialog part then it crashes when it comes to the actual gameplay
2. also i have noticed that when i use ZeroGS the screen is very shaky as in the entire game screen is vibrates. specs of my PC: 6600GT 1.5 gigs DDR 3200 ram and a 3.0ghz HT capable p4 |

Shaking as in stuttering? If it's just your game screen shaking and the rest of your desktop is all right, then it's just your computer. It's not the greatest for PS2 emulation but it should work decently.
Also, what game? Some games are a lot more intensive then others, like RE4 is a lot more GPU intensive then other games.

The MTGS/GSDX crashing problem in PCSX2 is normal, although sometimes, ar random intervals it works.
For the shaking thing in ZeroGS, it's normal as well.

the shaking is fixed by pressing F5 to turn on one of the interlace modes.
