CDVD problem

When i try to run a game i get Error Opening CDVD Plugin.
Any help will be appreciated!

Of course, ti's the old AIDS problem.
Are you running an ISO or the DVD? What CDVD plugin do you use?

Then you must use the game disc. If you want to use the linuzzapps cdvd plugin, run an ISO image.

I am using the game disc, do you think its the game thats causing the problem? Because i've read that not all games can play, is that true? I'm a noob at the PS2 emulator lol

Did you select the correct drive in the peops configuration screen?

I have it set to drive F, and i tried both F and D and it still gives the error

I've tried evreything and the error still won't go away, i'm so close to getting this to work!!!!!


My system:
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
Intel Pentium D 3.00 GHz (not dual core, just a different type of Pentium)
1 GB Dual Ram
ATI Radeon X850 XT Extreme 256MB Platinum Edition

why am i getting this??? i must have the latest dvd plugin if i d/l it from pete's homepage

Actually, you don't. The source code was modified by the PCSX2 devs since plugin specs had changed and also to add ADMA to it. You won't find it on Pete's home page. Just use the one that comes included with the emulator.
