the plugin clearly works, no problems, thank you for the good work, but i can't figure out how to set up my mouse's sensitivity. for the right click i can walk/run ...somehow, after i get the 'feel' of it, but for lulu's overdrive... 5 was the maximum achieved, with luck involved

so my question is this: has anyone succeeded to go to the max with it? if so, are there any tricks? could my low fps be the problem? (30... avg)?

for those people who have the 429 error

Or install Visual Basic 6 runtime library from Microsoft. the plugin works without this because it's done via VC++, but the frontend (GUI) is VB6, that's why..

I don't know if it's a Vista thing or what, but I installed VB6 runtime from Microsoft and also did the regsvr32 command and I still get the 429 error...

Can someone post their Twinpad .ini file so I can configure it manually?

Twinpad works great but the one thing I fine is when using it with ncaa06 baseball to locate where you want the pitch gom if you push the button to move it up it will go up but once you release the button it goes back down doesnt stay where you moved it. Dont know if this is something with the twinpad or with the ocsx2 emulator.

sorry didn't reply for your message, I was busy working..

This is normal, imagine you are using real joypad's analog sticks, if you release them they will go to center, to be honest I could do what you want
but It's really not good for overall compatibility.

for a solution to your problem, you can use the MOUSE for accurate movements, and you can have the cursor stay whereever you want. I used this in the Loading screen of Tekken 5, the Cross Hair of the battle ship. I can aim really good to enemy ships using mouse, not the keyboard..

Windows VISTA T_T

What can I say.. I didn't realize the plugin frontend wont work in windows Vista but worked in XP.. well I believed the guys who had this problem.. but couldn't do much since I didn't have Vista. and I thought it's just isolated incidents as other users don't have this problem. but now I have one with my new laptop. it gives me the same error message. "ActiveX can't create object, error '429'"

the cause for this problem is that this version of windows don't have the DirectX runtime for VB like the others (where it was by default I guess with XP)

just download "dx8vb.dll" put it inside system32 directory. i.e "C:\Windows\System32\"

then press windows key on the keyboard with R (or goto cmd.exe in Accessories Run it as Administrator) then write: "regsvr32.exe dx8vb.dll" it should work..

I am sorry for this everyone who got this problem. the blaming finger goes toward MICROSOFT. Microsoft keeps impressing me with every stupid release of windows the first impression I got with Vista is childesh OS, it's more worse than the first impression I got when I saw XP.. they keep the user away from dealing with technical stuff, the best OS for me is Windows 98SE.. but alas. I don't use Anymore. I should go on with my life.. I guess.

I'v been trying to play Naruto Ultimate Ninja 2 on 0.9.2 using Twinpad 0.7.0, but i can not for the life of me get the analog stick(s) to use... all other controls works great

I'v tried using the mouse (left stick on left mouse button, right on right button) and keyboard... i just cant seem to move at all. I'v also read the entire thread, 2 people said they 'fixed' it but never posted their solution.

Would anyone be so kind to post the solution for this problem?

Hey, does someone know why this modified version of TwinPad plugin doesn't work with Lulu's overdrive in FFX? I tried setting the right analog stick this way: UP: i, DOWN: k, LEFT: l, RIGHT: j; and they did nothing. I had to switch back to LilyPad's mouse compatibility (which I found not 100% comfortable

EDIT: Oh, ****... didn't read the whole thread, sorry...

i downloaded update for the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Common Controls(mscomctl.ocx and comctl32.ocx.) and scrrun.dll
then i installed the update and move the scrrun.dll to system32 directory
but the twinpad mod 0.70 GUI still cannot load ><

I also have the problem of trying regsvr32.exe dx8vb.dll and receiving the error 0x80070005, which I believe means, access denied.. perhaps it just happens on various comps? I have a HP Pavillion dv6500.. running on Vista Home Premium.. is there another solution to this? I'd appreciate any help, thanks.

**EDIT: Leomero, thank you so much for your message, but I don't have Vista x64... *blink blink* I have Vista x32... so.. I don't have the syswow64 folder ;_; but that's okay, thanks for trying to help me!
