because we don't really know where the latest version will likely be posted? I mean, how did you find that download location in the first place? Where is it posted at?

I already stated it some posts above yours. I also linked it, you just have to read for it.
Yeah, you're right, it would be easier to find, but I also found the other download link while browsing the board.

great work zerofrog! i've got much better FPS (2-3 times more! )with your plugin than GSdx9 on my old PC (pentium 4 2,26 GHz, radeon 9600).
if only it worked also on my notebook which has a better CPU (core 2 duo 1,8 GHz) but unfortunately only some crappy integrated intel GPU
btw the game i'm talking about is Drakan - The Ancients Gate

Emulation isn't a competition, only because gabest has released a new version of his plugin, that doesn't mean Zero has to release a new version of his plugin.
He will release a new version, when he thinks its worth a release, not earlier or just because someone is asking for it.

... the last plugin release of ZeroGS was on 11/11/2007 (at least that's what the file says inside the official 0.9.4 release). It's been around a month, not a real tragedy. And indeed, I prefer a well-thought and worthwhile release. ZeroGS is an extremely promising plug in.

Is something happing with this plugin?

i figured out, it such useful with these "special"-options^^
I could even get ToS from 2FPS to 60 (but unfortunatly i got just a black screen-.-)

Okay, i have to say sorry for this post, i don't have much time to read everything^^

FF12 looks good with PCSX2 0.9.4 and ZeroGS 0.97.1, it's quite playable. The two main bugs I'm seeing now are Z buffering issues (seeing through walls) that are especially confusing in the Waterway early in the game, and that item bags dropped by monsters are rendered as random pixel blocks. Any workarounds?

yes there is a way around that made your computer crash after 20 second
in zerogs activate fast update ,resolve hack 2,full 16 bit resolution.
but if you don't activate fast update the problem with bags would solve but you still have problem with walls but instead pcsx2 wont crash after 2 second.

the 0other way around it is to use gdsx10 0.1.2 or gdsx9 0.11.2 instead of zerogs which co,pletely solve your problem but here your CPU must be far more strong because gdsx unlike zerogs wont rely on GPU it use cpu instead.

It's a known issue, nothing you can do until it gets fixed in a future version.Although you could try the new gsdx9: GSdx9

thnks for the reply.. well i have also tried gsdx9 but either with my 6600gt or my 3850 and trying all settings the picture isnt working correctly(characters are fine but background is missing)... is there a ffx hack for gsdx9 i am also missing? as far i could search most of the people had no major problems with ffx and gsdx9.

you are right, i am sorry.. also for nloop hack as i stated i have tried all settings with no effect.. but nevermind i'll continue in the gsdx9 thread.also i really prefer kosmos cause my system can handle 8x and 16x AA with none perfomance penalty.i guess i'll just press f6 in the fmv's.
