Best plugin for graphics,sound,and Cdvdrom

Hello can anyone help me find a great plugin for my PCSX2 0.7 please.When my emulator starts the screen and sound lags.

Download v0.8.1 from PCSX2.net. It also includes all the best plugins.
Make sure to read the Configuration Guide.

FYI. Don't expect "playable" speeds...the emulator is not finished
