uhuh, well as a beta tester for PCSX2 / PCSX2 plugins, may a request a GStaris 0.7 Beta that works with the current plugin spec of the CVS 0.7 PCSX2 beta, I own FFX-2 JAP and PAL and would like to confirm your results.

hes posted them somewhere on the first or second page of the GStaris thread, attached in the forum.

ive tested the plugin myself and even the bios is shoddy, youve gotta turn all these shoddy hacks on to get it to show anything and even then if you were epileptic youd probably have a fit.

but i noticed a lot of them diagonal lines with bits missing and textures in the wrong place.

Yes, this is the way it is.
We have not done any MAJOR progress comparing with other plugins, but not with GSsoft 0.66...
P.S. Is this disscussion will ever end?

Hmm

I myself was doubting -//zAe\\- based on the shots he showed(looks photoshoped)
But I decided to try this out for myself. And somewhere amid the flickering screen I managed to get this shot. Im using a may 19 cvs build of pcsx2(npcsx2) , recompiler is checked and so is vu. Analog is off in controller and Im using my 9500 pro system in my sig. In a sec I will post a setting screenshot of Gstaris.<---Done. The only question now is am I trustable like Neo says O.o

I'll test it when his bw is available again or if someone can pm it to me that would be cool.

Here is the version im using. Version 4 of the plugin. I don't have version 3. Not sure what the difference is either. I got it from one of the threads so it should still be there if anyone need v.3. I think it was the new gstaris thread.

EDIT: If i use fbfix:2 it doesn't flash so much. Also was fooling around with the setting and if recompiler is checked or not doesnt make a difference but analog check or not does. Also went and found the files in the thread, here they are.

The flickering is enough to give someone a seizure, my eyes still hurt.... but here are my findings although there are no pictures couldn't take any through all the flickering...

The game does work and it does display, I was getting 36 FPS at the menu, emu freeze upon pressing start, this was tested with the 25 May 2004 build of pcsx2 0.7, I'll post pictures when my head doesn't hurt so bad and I can get used to the flickering, although I have no idea why he would cut the emulators statusbar off. in his pictures. I repeat this does work though I saw it with my own muscle convulsing eyes.

Where do you see an FMV? I think all the pictures are just simple still images being faded in and out.

You're stepping on VERY thin ice, zAe. I suggest you and your team cut the crap before you're all banned for good.
