Too much unneeded info =))) And with your system, your processor sucks, that is the main problem and video card is also not really good. Probably you'll have poor performance in most 3D games. Also try using the latest beta of PCSX2, although its not supported at this forum.

oh really?
get a faster CPU, Pentium D sucks for pcsx2, as also your GFX Card.

hello I agree with you for the graphics card that I will replace a very short time (a place that will be a "8800 gts msi" or "SAPPHIRE ATI Radeon X1950 Pro") but for the processor of course I do not against a change .... did you link to download the beta version of pcsx2? thank you for your help
(in fact a 3ghz enough to run games and I have no problem graph the side .... this is probably my card).

A Pentium D even with 3ghz is probably not enough for fullspeed in FFX.
Core2Duo's are much faster with a less clock than Pentium D and aswell AMD X2.
So a 2.6ghz C2D is same fast as a 3.2ghz AMD X2.

for Pentium D, don't really know, maybe 4ghz or something.

Pentium D is almost twice as slow clock for clock than Core 2 Duo so I'd say it's more like Core 2 Duo 2.6GHz equal to around 4.5~5GHz Pentium D. And to get playable speeds in a wide range of games it's often advisable to have a 3GHz+ Core 2 Duo CPU, you can count yourself what that would mean in Pentium D clock speeds...

hello I agree but as I told you I have no problems with other graphics games even in full hd (quality is good) by cons for the emulator is another pair of sleeves actually .. .. last question:
you know a link or a site to download the "beta" pcsx2?

thank you again ... (for the pc I can not change it still means mistakes otherwise it would already be done on it, a double heart is much faster it is true)

PCSX2.net - News here go to Downloads -> Public Beta

And FYI PCSX2 is more dependent on the CPU power than on the GPU. Unless of course you set a high internal resolution or use AA. Then the GPU also matters.

If you want to play pcsx you would upgrade the CPU, if its just for PC games in general, go for the GPU. A good CPU is relatively dirt cheap anyways nowadays so it would probably be a better investment to just build a whole new computer.

Since its a laptop, its probably got a onboard graphics card, which would probably struggle with any games released in the last 4 years. laptop chipsets are slow anyways, so you'll never get even close to 40fps on a laptop unless you have the $ to buy one of the new alienware gaming laptops (which heat up to 80C in your lap when using intensive apps anyways).

ts k even if i get 20fps....my point is my cpu is not fully utilised...not even 35-40% even on heavy load....is it lyk dat?

my graphics is nvidia 256mb....ts good for onboard but i agree wont help pcsx much but i gets more fps than my desktop slightly old wit ATi Radeon (slightly older now)

Enjoy~!

Have you enabled MTGS/DC settings in PCSX2?

Also, try the lowest settings possible in your video plugin as your video card kinda sucks. I mean I'm quite sure the 7300GT gDDR3 is faster than your current video card.

Anyway you're in the wrong section. Post in the correct section next time....
