Best PCSX2 Sound Plugin For Shadow Hearts 3?
For the most part, I've been satisfied with how my notebook is running Shadow Hearts 3 (From the New World) in PCSX2. Still, there's one little thing that's bugging me about it:
When it reaches a certain speed in some spots (~45 FPS for cutscenes and ~30 FPS free-roaming), P.E.Op.S. SPU2 1.9.0 produces NO sound. I remember once toying with some plugins to see if that "solved" the problem, but the ones that did produced very low-quality sound. Is there a way to alleviate that in P.E.Op.S. or is there another plugin that can do the job? What would be the best plugin to use with this game?

ZeroSPU tends to be better, but you won't have accurate sound with your specs.

ZeroSPU sure isn't better in my case. I just tried it and experienced quite a bit of cracking when it was full-speed--WITH time scaling!
Aside from that minor issue, P.E.Op.S. has proven to produce very accurate sound for me. It certainly does wonders in helping me bear Grandia 3 (probably a different situation, though) and doesn't do too badly in this game considering that the game won't run full-speed half of the time. Besides, if the cutscenes were absolutely important to this game, there's always YouTube. :-/

I've finished the game using ZeroSPU2 with timescaling checked, didn't have a single problem with sound.Although I do get full speed,so those fps drops you have will cause you errors in sound as expected
