Intel P4 3.0GHz Dual Core
3 GB DDR2 RAM
nVidia GeForce 9600GT 512 MB

With the setting on GSdx with DX10 Hardware, the program crash immediately whereas GSdx with DX9 Hardware works fine. I've checked and confirm that i've got d3dx10_36.dll on PCSX2 main folder...

Put the dll's in your C:\Windows\System32 folder and try again.

EDIT: It's a longshot but think it worked for me once.

Thanks for the suggestion, gave it a try but no go...

Keep in mind not to use the SSSE3 version of GSdx. P4 processors do not have the SSSE3 instructions set.

On a side note, try running the emulator through 32-bit compatibility mode.

Know about the SSE3 thing so i'm only running on SSE2 instruction. As for the OS, i'm running Windows Vista SP1 Home Premium 32-bit edition.

Set the Cdvdrom plugin to null and see if GSdx DX10 still crashes when simply running the BIOS.

Recently upgraded my system and is still having problem with GSdx 0.1.7 in DX10 Hardware SSSE3 but works fine in DX9 Hardware SSSE3 mode instead.
