The Metal Gears falling thing is reported before and is Pcsx2 Problem, Not Gsdx Problem.

Didn't Hear about The Devil May Cry 3 hanging in the Air problem here before, But I Guess AGAIN that Pcsx2 is the Problem.

Probably Shippuuden Accel 2, which had been reported that in vs or arcade mode certain "specials" crash the emu. Strangely this doesn't happen in the cutscene menu which can be reachable from the tile menu.

I'm unsure if this is GSDX or PCSX2 though...

I tried this for Persona 3, I still get black bars flashing my screen. I like using this Plugin because it keeps the framerate stable for Persona 3, but the black lines flashing is making me nauseous.

Is there anything else I could do to fix this?

Unhappy RomansingSaGa minstrelsong

Hello, gabest. This is my first post in this forum.
I report on the bug of "RomansingSaGa minstrelsong[JPN]"(SLPM_659.20,CRC:2B9AF3C5).
--U.S. official site: ttp://na.square-enix.com/games/romancingsaga/

Some word which is supposed to be displayed in the battle scene isn't displayed at all.
(I tested all versions of GSdx which I know, GSdx9 0.10.0 - GSdx0.1.7)
.GS and BMP file(3.2MB)

ZeroGS KOSMOS plugin has same bug. And same bug was reported "Invalid unpack type" in console by ZeroGS KOSMOS.
Sorry my english.

Hi, tried GSdx 1.7 with SSE3
Game tested : La Pucelle US
It always crash whenever the game reading memory card. No problem though when I chose SSE2.

I'm just curious, is it my proc doesn't support SSE3 ? Because in PS2 Output log it detect that my proc support SSE3.

My spec :
AMD Athlon 64 3200+
ATI x1300 pro

Edit :
Silly me, it's SSSE3. Sorry, didn't notice that ^^;;;

Gsdx version is SSSE3, not SSE3. SSS3 is supported by Intel Core 2.

Hi TryChevy,
welcome to the bin.. eh i mean forum

This problem seems to be pcsx2 related, in wich case Gabest can propably
do nothing about it..
In general, when both plugins have the same error and no setting helps,
it's most propably a pcsx2 bug.

what i not really understand is how a GS plugin actually works.

so what i speculated:

it emulates the GS CPU architecture on X86 (GS ASM to X86 ASM)
then it converts the calculated GS calls to Direct3D calls like a 3DFX Glide Wrapper is that correct?

i think that some emulation is done by Shaders operation directly on the gpu.
