ZeroGS 0.96.7 error with Geforce FX 5700VE
Hi all, i read in this forum all about the compatibility beetween ZerOGS plugin and VGA's pixel shader version. I have a Geforce FX 57000VE with 256MB, on a Intel p4 HT 3ghz 1gb ram Linux kernel 2.6.22.14 techPowerUp! :: GPU Database : NVIDIA FX 5700 VE from this page i read that my card have pixel shader to 2.0 but pcsx2's behaviour make me think that there something wrong... Why i have the "error opening GS plugin" window when i execute Bios or ISOs? i've all dependencies soddisfied, and the version of nvidia-cg-toolkit is 1.5.0.0019, if someone have any idea...That's all: jirr@deskbox:~/Desktop/PCSX2/Pcsx2_0.9.4_Source/Linux$ ./pcsx2 ** (<unknown>:10009): WARNING **: Couldn't find pixmap file: pcsxAbout.bmp failed to open /home/jirr/Desktop/PCSX2/Pcsx2_0.9.4_Source/Linux/inis/zerogs.ini ZeroGS: creating ZeroGS: Got Doublebuffered Visual! ZeroGS: ********* ZeroGS: Disabling MRT depth writing At first I thought it was something to do with my processor not having SSE2 support, but if you're running an Intel p4, that cannot be the issue. I will have to start looking elsewhere to find the cause. BTW, zerofrog, thank you for the excellent debug in the plugin logs. It definately shows me that the libraries are loading correctly.
