I'm sorry if this has been posted already. But, I still have some problems with 10-5 and Final Fantasy XII (see attachments). I've tried several settings but it just doesn't make a difference. My specs: Intel Core2Duo 6300 Ati 1900xt Windows Vista 32bit

There are two ways to display something in a gs, upload data to a texture and draw a texture mapped polygon, or write the video memory directly. Direct writes often go unnoticed because the base address is not the same as the base address of the displayed frame buffer (these are used as a handle to associate gs mem with a d3d surface). This address mismatch is also possible for texture uploads but much less frequent. ffxii used a nasty trick to directly write to the base address of the first frame buffer but it was so many data it overlapped with the second one and was not noticed before v10-5.

Hi everybody! Me native language is russian, so sorry me for my english. Gabest, keep up the good work, your plugin is the best! You're my god ![]() ....I've already downloaded the latest version and tested it in the only PS2 game I have - Resident Evil: Code Veronica X. There is a bug! And there is no such bug in version 10-4 or earlier! The textures on charecters faces are missing! There is only their eyeses, teeth and ears.. nothing more. Ofcource this is very funny, but this is a annoying think after few minutes of playing. Sometimes even the upper part of charecters body is missing! look at the screenshots and sorry for the quality, I'm using Dial-Up connection ![]() The other think is a strange playback of movies (in every version of plugin). It starts with a high fps (about 40fps) and after a half of minute fps drops and the playback becomes VERRYYY choppy. Looks like overrun of some buffer... The last think I noticed. It seems that frame skiping doesn't work with gsdx. Am I right? I tested it with both of frame skiping methods and found no difference. The game is smooth but framerate is the same (+-1frame). OK, thats all, thanks again for your job. |

Hi Mr. Gabest A great man with a wonderful plugin... keep it up and it will work Anyway I have noticed that GSdx9 10.5 is not working unless MTGS and DC mode are on. I am I right ... If that is true then you have a bug to fix. Thanks |

Hm, I haven't got such problem. PCSX2 0.9.4, GSdx9 0.10.5, Win XP SP2 Opteron 165 (Toledo E6) + 1GB RAM + GF7600GS (NGO Optimized Driver 163.69). Everythink is fine neither MTGS and DC mode are on or not. |
