Okay, so from over on the whole Rock Band thing, anyway of seeing if the Drums can be used with a USB plugin also. Because I still can't figure out if they are a pad or not, and no one else seems to be able to either,

If they plug into a usb slot, they are probably a USB HID device, kind of like the buzzers.

I cant make my buzz's work
When I add the plugin it says that it have found the buzzers. One of the buzz's stat lighting. When I start the game says that I need to plug in buzzsers. But the game wont find them, even if I change the UBS port. When I change the USB-port it blinks one time, but still don’t work ![]() BTW... thumbs up for making a plugin for Buzzers |

pacster : what do you mean by "blink" ? When you launch PCSX2, if each buzzer has its light switched on and off one time, then the plugin found the buzzers. Anyway it's strange, I think I'll make a plugin for Eyetoy in the future, I'll try to also add proper support for the buzzers.

Is 2.8 Ghz the frequency of one core ? If yes, know I'm using a Core 2 Duo E6300 (1.8 Ghz per core = 3.6 Ghz total) and I got 30-45 FPS. Is the game lagging ? This is caused by DVD access. To fix it, dump an ISO of your game and use Linuzzapz ISO plugin as CDVD plugin.

You never add up the core speeds. Duo 2.8 just means the cores run with a 2.8ghz clock rate, where your Core2 runs at 1.8. I run my E6550, which is 2.33ghz by default, overclocked to 2.98 (my current motherboard won't let me reach more, it seems). pacster: a Core2 at 2.8ghz should let you play mostly at full speed, make sure you have MTGS and Dual Core modes enabled in cpu options.

pacster : I agree with GiGaHeRz, with your proc, Buzz should run fine if you dump an ISO of your game.

I play the emulator for better graphics, and because its rocks not having to switch systems to play ps2 games.

Coolsvilleman : what you said isn't very much related to the thread title. Anyway, you're right. For example, take Syberia. On the PS2, the texts are almost unreadable. On the emulator they can be read without needing to have your eyes touching the screen. But the emulator isn't perfect and some games are slow.

It doesn't work for me. Console says "buzzers found" and they work but sometimes I press the blue button and it detects the orange, other times it detects the blue. And in game I don't touch any button and the game answers automatically for me :|

Hi! I'm trying to get this to work in the 64bit Windows 7 RC1, but no luck so far. It seems like windows wont identify and therefore wont allow pcsx2 access to the usb device - anyone been able to get around this? |
