New to n64 emulation...

Hey, just signed up here, lemme be brief:

I downloaded P64, played some super smash bros, and realized that this is going to be a hell of a lot of fun, so I am going to buy this talked of n64/psx adapter on znetstore.com. So I've been playing Silicon valley and Megaman64, and it's come to my attention that there's tons of graphics problems I need to fix. I'm guessing all of these plugins and whatnot are the answer. But I can't seem to install them...the directory that one of the plugin's readme instructed me to put a file into was nonexistent...idk, I'd just like a very to-the-point summary on how I am supposed to fully update my p64, so all of these problems are fixed.

For instance, in silicon valley, Certain objects (which I predict are non-spatial objects, they were all like tree tops or flowers) would not appear, but they WOULD appear on a small border around the screen in a black zone...it was weird, but I'm betting you've heard of it before. Also, megaman has a grid on every panorama, and that's annoying.

So how about them plugins?

are you using the latest version of PJ64? 1.6. you can try other plugins like Rice Video Plugin. Silicion Valley has errors ([video] missing:sprites, errors:cutscenes) and megaman 64 also has issues, but trying other video plugins might help a lot.
