Wow.... . Well you can even setup the buttons at your will. When the emu is opened: go to "Options" then "configure the input plugin". And for a manual: "Help" => "User manual". P.S: Welcome to the emuforums, dude. |

Thx guys. I found it but those 4 buttons aren't on my keyboard. Also I've got another problem. Now it says something is wrong with my plugins. (I left them alone.) Here is my log. [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to create rt 8876086C [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to create rt 8876086C [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to create rt 8876086C [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to create rt 8876086C [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to create rt 8876086C [4/17/2007 4:31:27 PM] failed to[4/21/2007 10:22:55 AM] Failed to create device code = 8876086C [4/21/2007 10:24:48 AM] Failed to create device code = 8876086C [4/21/2007 12:08:02 PM] Failed to create device code = 8876086C [4/21/2007 12:17:14 PM] Failed to create device code = 8876086C [4/21/2007 1:40:46 PM] Failed to create device code = 8876086C And when I try to open the program is says this: Graphics Error: Direct3D failed to initialize Error code: 8876086C D3DERR_INVALIDCALL Then if I click OK it comes up with this: Error: The default or selected video plugin is missing or invalid. Check that you have at least one compatible plugin file in your plugin folder. |

your keyboard problem If you can't find those four buttons, you can 'map' your own to use as the n64 'C' buttons. To do this: 1) start up the emulator 2) Click options, then input plugin 3) Now map the keyboard button you would like to use as your 'C' button. eg you will see a button that says 'C up', click on that and it will prompt you to press a button on your keyboard to use as 'c up'. Once you are done press ok. your error code you need to have a plugin in the 'plugins' folder, If you are using Project 64 1.6 then you should have obtained jabo d3d 1.6 plugin, you may have deleted it. Best thing to do is to re download project 64 1.6. This way he emulator will come with the plugin set up and ready for you to go.

ok make sure you re download pj 1.6 1)click options, 2)settings, 3)options tab, 4)uncheck hide advanced setting. 5)the menu will close, so repeat steps 1-3 6)Click on folders tab. where it says plugins folder, click the button and browse to where you 'plugins' folder is. The 'plugins' folder can be found in your PJ 64 1.6 folder. When you go to configure the plugin, the error should be gone.
