Gamepad configuration problem
Hey, I just bought a 3 in 1 Magic Joy Box GC to USB converter for playing emu on my pc with a GC controller. I hooked it up to my pc and after a little while I got it to register my controls, but for some reason Project 64 has a very limited range on the analog stick. I have set the range to 100% and it still only registers as half tilted or less. The gamepad with the same software works for Mupen64 and every other emulator that I have tried it on, but I can't get Project 64 to register my movements very well. I have even set the deadzone to zero and still nothing. It's bad enough that if I am swimming on the top of water in Super Mario 64, I can't tilt my stick back enough to be able to jump out of the water. Please help, thanks. |

Calibrate it via the gaming options applet in the Windows control panel...

The gamepad doesn't have that option, and yes, I know where to look for it. It doesn't allow you to callibrate it. I realize its a shoddy piece of equipment, but I'm wondering if there is any way to fix that particular problem without buying myself a new one.

That's odd. Anyway, given that it works in Mupen it must have something to do with Jabo's input plugin, so use NRage's instead
